    Construction scheme for repair of cooling tower outer wall of power plant:

    On the basis of reasonable and optimized design and high-quality anti-corrosion materials, we must have high-quality construction quality assurance to create a high-quality anti-corrosion project. Therefore, we must strictly grasp the anti-corrosion construction and formulate a detailed and practical construction scheme.

    1. Surface treatment:

    Anticorrosion and adhesion of coatings is the premise of coating surface treatment, which directly affects the quality of coating.

    (1) Concrete surface treatment:

    A. Remove the aged paint film, floating dust, cement slag and loose concrete particles that have been bulged and peeled on the surface with shovel, wire brush or polishing machine, and clean them thoroughly with cleaning agent.

    B. There should be no cracks, cracks and cracks on the surface of the concrete.

    C. Surface treatment must be carried out on the surface of the matrix. Within the thickness of 20 mm, the moisture content of concrete shall not be greater than 6%. In particular, the bottom of the cooling tower pool shall be thoroughly cleaned to ensure that the standard construction conditions are created and met.

    (2) Surface treatment of metal structure:

    A. Depainting: the aging, bulging, peeling and old paint film of the original paint film due to the erosion of chemical atmosphere and water must be scraped with a shovel blade.

    B. Derusting: the rusted oxide skin and the parts with warping and cracking shall be polished with shovel, wire brush, gauze and polishing machine. The metal surface shall be free of rust, oil stain and sundries, and the uniform metal luster shall be exposed. The derusting grade shall meet the standard of ST3. Meanwhile, the rust removal part and the edge of the remaining old paint layer must be smooth.

    2. Coating preparation:

    Before use, the paint and filler deposited on the bottom of the barrel must be stirred up and evenly stirred to ensure the consistency of the composition and performance of the coating film, and the quality of the coating and the adhesion with the metal surface. In seasoning, proper amount of special diluent should be added according to the environmental conditions, and the coating should be adjusted to the appropriate viscosity for operation. Generally, the viscosity should be 35-40 seconds. Only the specified diluent can be used. Before using the coating, it is necessary to mix it evenly. In order to increase the wettability and adhesion between the coating and the substrate, the primer should be thinned properly. The viscosity should be 25-35 seconds, and the top coat should be adjusted 35-40 seconds.

    3. Coating method:

    Careful construction and standard coating are important guarantee for quality and anti-corrosion effect. Gk-n06 heavy-duty anti-corrosion nano ceramic coating, glass fiber reinforced plastic and mortar are planned to be used for concrete structure and steel structure of the project.

    (1) Construction process flow:

    If the surface treatment is qualified, apply one layer of gk-n06 primer, one layer of qualified mortar leveling inspection, apply gk-n06 primer, bond carbon fiber cloth, dry mortar, one layer of gk-n06 intermediate paint, one layer of gk-n06 finish coat, one pass of gk-n06 finish coat, one pass of inspection and acceptance (the thickness of paint film reaches 2mm).

    (2) Construction method: manual brushing and mechanical spraying are adopted for anticorrosion

    A. Primer application:

    After the surface treatment is accepted, the prepared gk-n06 primer shall be applied within 2 hours. The primer plays a connecting role and has excellent adhesion with the substrate. Before the first primer is applied, the surface shall be cleaned with cotton yarn dipped in gasoline to remove the impurities and floating dust on the surface, The primer is required to be uniform, without flowing, missing coating, pinhole and bubble, and the surface paint film shall be smooth and uniform in thickness. The film thickness is 25-35um. Weld, turning, internal and external corners should be painted once more. When painting, the facade should be painted from top to bottom, from left to right, from difficult to easy, crisscross. After the first primer is naturally cured, the surface will be removed of impurities and floating dust, and then the second layer of gk-n06 primer can be applied in the same way to bond the carbon fiber cloth. Ensure no pinhole, no flowing, no missing coating, the surface should be flat, uniform, plump and consistent luster.

    Apply primer and putty on the surface of the second pit.

    B. Mortar

    After the gk-n06 primer is naturally cured for 12 hours and basically dried, it shall be coated and reinforced with mortar to ensure that there is no pinhole, no flowing and no missing coating, and the surface shall be flat, uniform, plump and consistent in luster.

    C. Apply intermediate paint:

    After the mortar is basically dry after 24 hours of natural curing, it is accepted that gk-n06 intermediate paint shall be applied with the same brushing method. The thickness of paint film is 45um, and there is no pinhole, flowing and missing coating. The surface shall be flat, uniform, plump and consistent in luster.

    D. Finish painting:

    After the intermediate paint is completely dried and passed the inspection, the first layer of gk-n06 finish coat with film thickness of 40-50um can be applied; after the first layer of top coat is dry, the second layer of finish coat with the thickness of 80-100um is applied in turn. The last finish coat is a key process. It must ensure that the paint liquid is full, uniform in color, smooth and smooth, with a certain luster Beauty is the same.

    4. Precautions:

    (1) When painting, the layers should be crisscross, each layer should be reciprocating, the painting should be uniform, the surface should be smooth, flat, no bubbles, no leakage, the appearance should be consistent.

    (2) After brushing, wet film thickness gauge shall be used to measure the wet film thickness of each layer to ensure that the dry film reaches the design thickness.

    (3) The interval time shall be strictly controlled, and the appropriate interval time shall be determined according to the climate environment and actual construction experience. The construction of each coating must be controlled after the acceptance of the previous process before the construction of the next process.

    (4) The suitable temperature for painting construction should be 5 ~ 35 ℃, the humidity should be lower than 80%, the dew point temperature should be 3 ℃, and the weather environment of wind, rain, snow, fog and large dust should be avoided.

    (5) Protective measures should be taken within 4 hours after coating to avoid rain drenching, and the surrounding environment should be kept clean to prevent dust pollution.

    (6) Strictly implement the acceptance specification, do a good job in the whole process of quality control, and do a good job of self inspection and mutual inspection during the construction. If the parts that do not meet the quality standards are found, they should be rebuilt and repaired in time.

    (7) In the whole construction, the technical specifications and standards provided by Party A shall be strictly implemented.

    5. Carbon fiber sheet reinforcement construction:

    1) Main construction methods:

    a) Surface treatment:

    The surface treatment of the construction site adopts the mechanical power of the grinder. After treatment, the surface is required to be clean, free of loose and dust.

    2) Primer and finish coat before carbon fiber cloth lining:

    a) The application of gk-n06 heavy-duty anti-corrosion nano ceramic coating adopts brushing method according to the site conditions.  

    b) After the surface treatment is inspected to be qualified, the primer and topcoat shall be applied, and the coating shall be free from flowing and leakage.

    c) If the surface of the base course has a large dust degree (> 2mm), putty should be mixed to fill it.  

    d) The first finish coat shall be applied after the primer surface is dry and before curing, and the second finish coat shall be applied after the finish coat is dry and before curing. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the minimum interval between the painting process and the painting process. During field construction, the interval time of coating shall be determined according to the performance of coating and weather conditions.

    e) If the interval of paint recoating is too long, it is necessary to roughen the paint surface with abrasive cloth or grinding wheel, and then apply the back paint.

    f) After the surface treatment is qualified, the primer should be applied immediately. Therefore, attention should be paid to the influence of dust on the painting.

    g) The coating operation shall be carried out according to the material specification and specification requirements.

    h) The construction tools for painting operation shall be clean, and the cleaning and treatment after use shall be appropriate.

    i) When painting, the layers are crisscross and each layer is reciprocating. The time interval of painting shall meet the technical requirements of the coating, and the film thickness shall meet the design requirements. During the drying process of paint film, the surrounding environment should be kept clean to prevent the surface of paint film from being polluted.

    3) Carbon fiber winding cloth:

    a) The winding of carbon fiber cloth shall be carried out immediately after the second primer is applied. Wrap each layer of carbon fiber cloth as required.  

    b) When winding carbon fiber cloth, it is required to lap 15-25 mm for blank holder and 100-150 mm for joint.  

    c) In case of blister during wrapping, cut it with a knife, and then squeeze out the air in the bubble and smooth the surface.  

    d) The winding surface of the whole carbon fiber cloth should be even and flat.  

    4) Intermediate paint application:

    a) The intermediate paint shall be applied immediately after the carbon fiber cloth is wrapped.

    b) When intermediate paint is applied, it must be ensured that the coating is fully covered, and leakage and pinhole are not allowed.  

    c) The coating ensures that the carbon fiber cloth is completely covered and soaked.  

    5) Finish painting:

    a) After the intermediate paint is applied, the first top coat can be applied after the intermediate paint is naturally cured for 4 hours.  

    b) The second finish coat can be applied only after the first coat is applied and naturally cured for 4 hours.  

    c) No omission of topcoat is allowed.  

    6. Drying and maintenance

    After the anticorrosion is completed, let it stand and dry by itself, and keep at least 8h without vibration.
