    1、 Project overview

    A Z-type ladder is made and installed from the ground to the central platform of the 80 meter chimney of the heating project for online monitoring and inspection.

    2、 Construction method

    (1) Construction sequence:

    Construction of foundation and embedded parts - column installation - welding platform - ladder welding - slab forming - railing welding and installation - overall anti-corrosion of escalator and platform (including chimney ladder platform).

    (2) Blanking

    According to the drawing of 80m chimney provided by the owner, the technicians calculate the materials required for the whole chimney body rotary ladder, and combine with the dimensions on the drawing, the operators cut and cut the materials, and the technicians guide the whole process. After all the materials are cut, anticorrosion treatment is carried out.

    (3) Welding and installation of platform

    Based on the construction experience of our construction team for many years and the actual situation of your company, we propose the following construction scheme:

    1. This project adopts new technology and new technology of no scaffold and suspension operation. The "manual climbing method" combined with safety belt, manila rope and other necessary tools are mainly used for construction.

    2. The 80 meter chimney body is welded and installed from bottom to top. The first step plate is welded behind the chimney, and then the first plate is used as the working platform to weld and install step by step upward. Be responsible for the welding of the two step welding machine and the other one for welding.

    3. When welding the installation platform, the triangular support of the platform is welded and fixed on the chimney body, and then the platform plate is laid and welded

    4. Anticorrosion paint shall be applied to the welding parts of step board, platform and railing.

    (IV) anti rust paint is applied to the base material of the platform

    1. Base surface treatment

    According to the long-term construction summary of steel structure anti-corrosion in our company, the quality of base surface treatment directly affects the adhesion of anti-corrosion coating, so we must use electric grinding machine, wire brush, etc. to polish the surface of steel structure. After derusting, the surface of steel structure shall be cleaned before painting, and the surface shall be coated immediately to avoid secondary rust.

    Surface pretreatment: before rust removal, make sure that the surface of steel is free of grease and other pollutants. If so, use alkaline cleaner or fresh water to remove grease, dirt, soluble salt and other pollutants on the structural surface. After cleaning and natural drying, follow-up treatment can be carried out. After the steel surface is cleaned, the welding and appearance of the structure shall be inspected to find the existing structural defects and deal with them in time.

    Use electric wire brush, polishing machine and other power tools to remove oxide scale on steel surface. Some free edges and corners are treated by mill to R ≥ 2mm. Remove all welding slag, spatter and welding beans. The undercut and air hole should be filled and smoothed. Manual welds are ground to reduce the presence of sharp surfaces. For the original coating on the repair surface edge, the dynamic sandpaper disc is used to feather the edge to form a smooth slope, which is conducive to the smooth transition between the repair paint and the original coating, and to ensure the good appearance of the whole coating and the uniformity of the paint film.

    After derusting, before brushing the first primer, remove the dust, oil and other impurities on the surface, and thoroughly remove the rust spots, residual oxide scale, old paint scale and residual liquid on the surface.

    2. Application of coating

    In the construction process, according to the anti-corrosion material instructions, strictly in accordance with the proportion of the material can be mixed evenly

    2. Application of coating

    The materials shall be uniformly used in the construction process according to the proportion of anticorrosive materials in the construction process, and all the materials shall be used in accordance with the construction proportion after the construction is qualified.     

    A. The primer shall be applied within 6 hours after rust removal.

    B. The anti-corrosion construction method of the project is brush coating.

    C. Anti corrosion construction conditions: the ambient temperature should be - 5 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃, and the relative temperature should be less than 85%. It is not suitable for construction under strong wind, rain, snow or fog.

    D. Natural drying shall be adopted for the drying of coating film. The brushing interval of each layer shall be determined according to the performance of anti-corrosion paint, and the antirust paint shall be more than 2 hours. During the drying process of paint film, the surrounding environment should be kept clean to prevent dust and water from touching.

    E. The method of brush coating is to apply a layer of primer. The primer is required to be diluted slightly to make it better adhere to the steel surface, and reciprocate 3 to 5 times during brushing to increase the adhesion of the coating. The corners, pores and other parts are pre coated, and then the large area parts are coated to ensure the appearance and quality of the paint film. After the surface of the first primer is dry, the second primer is applied, and the coating gap is 4 hours at room temperature.

    F. Topcoat coating: apply the top coat at least 4 hours at room temperature, and inspect the leakage, thickness and appearance according to the inspection essentials. After all of them are qualified, roll coat a layer of topcoat, and pay attention to the uniformity of roll coating.

    It is required that the thickness of the coating should be uniform, without pinhole, peeling, blistering, wrong coating and missed coating. Technical requirements:

    1. After the surface, the steel structure surface should be free of oxide scale, dust and other debris.

    2. Before painting, if the surface is wet or water drops, the base course should be dried before construction to ensure the construction quality of the coating.
