    The working principle of chimney: water is heavier than air, and there is a natural downward trend in the air; smoke is lighter than air, and there is a natural upward trend in the air. Therefore, the chimney is an inverted siphon. Obviously, similar to the characteristics of siphon, the higher the chimney outlet position, the stronger the smoke exhaust capacity. The siphon must be pumped in advance to make it full of water, so that the water can flow out continuously; similarly, the chimney must be heated first to make it full of hot gas before smoke can be discharged. In order to let the high temperature flue gas out of the furnace, a series of resistance of the exhaust system must be overcome.

    There are high requirements for the selected anticorrosive materials for chimney corrosion protection. It requires high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, water and moisture resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, smooth surface, not easy to grow cracks, good expansion coefficient, not easy to fall off and other performance requirements. In the desulfurization process, it has the characteristics of alternating acid-base value, so the equipment is seriously corroded and the anti-corrosion conditions are demanding.

    According to the corrosion situation, the corrosion protection of smoke map can be divided into five main corrosion areas: the original flue gas corrosion area, the warm flue gas mat corrosion area, the C1 flue gas dry and wet interface corrosion area, the absorption tower corrosion area and the net flue gas corrosion area. The flue gas from the kiln usually has a temperature of about 180C 600C, and some will be higher. The relative humidity in the flue gas is 3%. It contains ash and various corrosive components, such as SO2, HCl, NO2 and salt spray. Therefore, it has severe acid-base corrosion requirements in the process of desulfurization. The smoke anticorrosive coating for the inner wall of chimney flue contains silicon inorganic polymer modified organic polymer. The coating can arrange several copolymers alternately to form a dimensional network structure in the coating space and form a point labyrinth. The ultra-fine powder oxide objects in the coating form a dense interface transition layer in the coating, effectively preventing acid and alkali from invading the matrix under the joint action.

    Before the anti-corrosion construction of concrete cement chimney, the technical personnel or experimental personnel of the construction unit shall carry out appearance inspection on the raw materials such as cement, sand and admixture, and the supervision engineer (representative) shall witness the sampling and inspection of Party A. Send the test report to the supervision engineer (Party A's representative), if there are any unqualified products, please return them for treatment. The stacking of raw materials requires clear product identification.

    1. Design basis

    In order to do a good job in the chimney anti-corrosion work of the project, our company will design the chimney anti-corrosion scheme according to the following premise:

    2. Cleaning and treatment of chimney lining surface

    2.1. After the chimney is out of service, the lining masonry and thermal insulation layer at the joint of chimney and flue shall be removed.

    According to the chimney design drawings, the flue outlet is taken as the inlet and outlet.

    2.2 surface cleaning and repair of chimney inner wall

    The surface base treatment of chimney lining wall is an important process in the whole chimney lining anti-corrosion construction, which is directly related to the quality and service life of the lining anti-corrosion system. According to the site environment and the actual situation of on-site investigation provided by your company, our company intends to use manual grinding, compressed air, water washing, acid fast drying mortar repair and leveling, glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) cloth (smoke The internal wall of chimney and public flue is treated by the combined construction technology of "three cloth and five oil"

    1) The purpose of manual and mechanical grinding is to remove the uneven and corroded parts of the lining surface which are not cleaned up.

    2) The purpose of compressed air (water washing) is to wash away the floating dust, sundries, construction waste and other foreign matters on the surface of the internal wall of the chimney, so as to repair the surface of the inner wall of the chimney, and to facilitate the application of primer and glass fiber reinforced plastic (three cloth and five oil) on the inner wall of the chimney. In the process of water washing, in order not to damage the inner wall surface of the chimney, two high-pressure cleaning machines and one standby are used. The high-pressure mist water is used for washing, and the cleaning is carried out from top to bottom. The inner wall after water washing is required to be clean and oil-free, without cracking, sanding, shelling, honeycomb pitting, etc. Before the construction of the next process, the inner wall surface should be 80% dry, and the moisture content within 20 mm depth should be less than 6%.

    3) Basic requirements for water flushing:

    Feasible measures shall be taken to ensure that the construction process of high-pressure water flushing on site will not cause pollution to the site. The construction party undertakes to keep its work site clean, but shall not use cleaning agents or tools that are harmful to equipment and buildings and secondary pollution.

    Control essentials of water washing construction method

    The purpose of water washing is to wash away the floating dust, sundries, construction waste and other foreign matters on the internal surface of chimney, and also to enhance the adhesion strength of repair surface, primer, acid resistant adhesive and inner wall.

    ① The nozzle pressure is controlled at 6kg / cm2 to completely remove impurities.

    ② After flushing, it must be sufficient to completely remove the residue and dust.

    ③ Special attention should be paid to no debris left on the scaffolds and internal supports.

    ④ Lower sewage collection and discharge measures: the junction between flue and chimney shall be increased to prevent the water from flowing into the flue. Instead, it can only be concentrated on the ash accumulation platform at the lower part of the chimney, and then the water on the chimney platform will be pumped to the nearby sewer by water pump. (the natural discharge is connected to the nearby drainage ditch through the conical funnel of ash deposition platform)

    4) The construction scheme of chimney inner wall water washing

    Base treatment is an important process in the whole lining anti-corrosion construction, which is directly related to the quality and service life of the lining system. According to the site environment and actual situation, in order to prevent the inner wall of chimney and flue from being damaged, the high-pressure mist water is used to wash the base treatment.

    According to the actual situation of the chimney inner wall, the water consumption for water washing is about 15-20kg / m2. The surface after washing shall be clean and oil-free, and there shall be no cracking, sanding, shelling, honeycomb and pockmarked surface. Before the construction of the next process, the inner wall surface shall be 80% dry, and the moisture content within 20 mm depth shall be less than 6%.

    During the construction process, the drainage measure is to install a reserved drain directly at the bottom of the chimney. The diameter of the drain is Ф 159. The hose or plastic pipe is used to lead to the nearby Ash Flushing ditch. In the initial stage of water flushing, due to the large amount of ash, manual cleaning is required.

    2.3 surface inspection and partial surface repair of chimney lining

    After the internal wall surface is cleaned up, check whether there is looseness or falling off inside the chimney. If there are weathered, loose, falling off or sunken parts, repair them with quick drying mortar, and make them solid and smooth with trowel, After the inner wall is treated, the substrate shall be flat and dense, and the lining surface shall be free from oil stain, slurry, cement powder, porosity, honeycomb, pockmarked surface and other surface defects. To ensure the bonding performance between the inner wall matrix and various bottom resins, the inner wall surface shall be smooth, free from floating dust, cracking, sanding, shelling, honeycomb pitting, etc. All parts with edges and corners shall be polished to form a smooth surface.
