    1. Structure of chimney rotating ladder and monitoring platform

    (1) Rotary ladder structure

    The rotary ladder is composed of 12 "△" brackets connected with the cylinder wall and the inner and outer main wall panel supports. The angle of ladder shall not be greater than 45 degrees.

    (2) Each "△" bracket is welded by angle steel L70 * 7, and each bracket is connected with chimney outer wall by two M16 * 200 chemical bolts (or expansion bolts),. The inner and outer main wallboard support is composed of 180mm * 6mm steel plate bending arc along the chimney wall, and the step support is welded on the "△" support.

    (3) The material of step ladder shall be galvanized mesh plate, and the mesh plate shall be 80cm × 23cm. The width is 800mm (the height of adjacent sections is 200 mm). The width of step board shall not be less than 200 mm. (as shown in the figure below)

    (4) Weld the upper and lower steel plate of "step wall" (180mm) on both sides of the ladder, and then weld the bracket on both sides of the ladder, The outer wall panel is 90mm away from the end of the horizontal plane of the "△" bracket, and then the step board is welded. Finally, the handrail (Φ 32 * 2.5 steel pipe, the height of the railing is 1500mm, the middle two-40mm * 4mm Flat iron cross bar) and the handrail (Φ 32 * 2.5 steel pipe) are welded on the outside of the step ladder, so as to form a whole step rotary escalator. In case of any obstacle (there is a vertical ladder in the middle of the chimney) during the installation of the steel ladder, the obstacle shall be removed first, and the revolving ladder shall be connected with the original platform after being installed in place.

    (5) The chimney is a monitoring platform with a width of 200 cm. The step material is custom galvanized grid plate, the height of guardrail is 150cm, and the platform bearing capacity shall not be less than 300kg / m2,

    (5) Installation of chimney monitoring platform:

    First install "△" bracket on the wall. Each support is connected with the outer wall of chimney by three M16 * 200 chemical bolts (or expansion bolts), After installation, the chimney angle steel L70 * 7 is connected and welded between the upper and lower "△" supports, and then the step plate welding is carried out. Finally, the handrail (Φ 32 * 2.5 steel pipe, the height of the railing is 1500mm, and the middle two-40mm * 4mm Flat iron cross bar) and handrail (Φ 32 * 2.5 steel pipe) are welded at the outside of the step ladder,

    2. Construction sequence: setting out → marking off → cutting → shearing → straightening → beveling → trimming → assembly → welding → hoisting → alignment → welding → accessory installation → anticorrosion → completion.

    (1) Process flow

    The project adopts the construction operation of "no scaffold, high-altitude suspended seat type climbing board"

    1) Construction method: steel wire clamps are used to fix on the steel members of the upper platform of the chimney. Each construction worker uses a nylon rope and a white palm rope with a diameter of 20 mm and a diameter of 18 mm, and the upper end is fixed on the steel structure of the upper steel platform of the chimney (the upper end is connected with the pedestal type climbing board, and the construction workers are suspended from the upper part along the Φ 20 mm nylon rope, and the construction personnel use the Φ 18 mm white palm rope for the construction operation The other end of the two ropes is fixed on the fixed position at the bottom of the chimney.     2) During the construction operation, a simple derrick pole is fixed on the upper platform of the chimney, and a 2T pulley is fixed on the derrick mast, and the construction materials are transported vertically through the pulley by using the nylon rope of Φ 18mm.

    3) installation of steel ladder

    This project adopts the technological process of manufacturing and processing before installation. According to the drawing, processing and welding, first install the steel ladder steel structure fixed frame, then install the parapet and step board, welding. During construction, the bearing capacity of the suspension point and operation point shall be monitored first, then the suspension point shall be determined and the pulley shall be fixed on the suspension point, and the nylon rope and lifting rope after monitoring the tension shall be fixed on the suspension point, and the nylon rope, lifting rope, derrick mast and pulley shall be used together, and the construction sequence shall be from bottom to top in combination with manual climbing method.

    4) Construction scheme for butt welding of workpiece

    After fabrication and processing, the steel structure of the main support frame of the steel ladder shall be installed according to the drawing, and the installation height shall be one layer at a time. Each support, main support and support shall be welded by electric welding to ensure its stability. After confirming and proofreading the installation position of starting pedal, the vertical attachment of "△" bracket and chimney wall shall be welded with marking pen number, and "△" support shall be welded from bottom to top. The installation interval of support shall be vertical height no more than 100cm and rotation length no more than 75cm. The tail end of the fabricated side wall panel (300cm long and 20-18cm wide) is erected on the "△" support, and the inner and outer ends are welded at the horizontal plane of the "△" support 80mm away from the chimney wall. The side wall panel rises with the rising radian of the chimney wall, and is placed on the anchored "△" support, 80mm away from the end of the horizontal plane of the "△" support, and the inner and outer ends are welded. The grid is horizontally welded on the inner and outer side plates, and the step height of the pedal is 20cm. DN32 steel pipe vertical plate with a height of 1500mm is used at the outer side of the steel pipe and the steel pipe stand plate with a height of 1500mm is used at the outer side of the ladder. One layer of 40x4 flat iron shall be welded in the middle of the railing

    5) When the steel ladder is installed to a certain height, the parts near the railing shall be installed within the allowable scope of construction. The welding shall be in accordance with the requirements of the design drawings. The height of each lifting and welding shall be based on the thickness and weight of the plate to prevent the geometric deformation of the steel stairs due to uneven stress during construction. The weld joint must be full, and the welding points of the steel ladder shall be within the allowable deviation range, so as to meet the requirements of the owner.

    6) Installation of chimney flue gas monitoring platform

    This project adopts the technological process of manufacturing and processing before welding and installation. According to the actual working conditions of the site, it is made on site, processed and welded. First weld "△" bracket, wall side plate and steel ladder pedal, and then install and weld auxiliary steel structure facilities. During construction, the bearing capacity of the suspension point and operation point shall be monitored first, then the suspension point shall be determined and the pulley shall be fixed on the suspension point. The steel wire rope and lifting rope after monitoring the tension shall be fixed on the suspension point. The winch, steel wire rope, lifting rope, derrick mast and pulley shall be used in coordination, and the construction sequence shall be from bottom to top in combination with manual climbing method.

    6.1) after the fabrication and processing of the platform main support "△" bracket, re measure the height, and horizontally weld the "△" support of the main support along the chimney wall. The spacing of the welding support is not more than 1300mm, the width of the platform is 2000mm, and the height of the handrail is 1500mm The outer end of "△" bracket is welded with 70 * 7 angle steel for one week, and then the grid plate is laid. The connection between each support and the accessory workpiece needs to be welded with both sides by electric welding to ensure its stability.

    6.2) after the welding of connecting bracket and supporting parts of steel ladder and platform is completed, the handrail accessories shall be installed, and the welding joints of steel ladder shall be within the allowable deviation range, so as to meet the requirements of the owner.

    (7) The overall anti-corrosion of chimney step ladder (the primer shall be painted with Iron Red Antirust Paint for anti-corrosion once, and the top coat shall be coated with medium gray finish twice).
